Nutrition Services
The Springfield Public Schools nutrition services program oversees the preparation and distribution of school breakfasts and lunches throughout the district, as well as catering at various district events.
Staff prepares menus each month based on federal FDA guidelines for nutrition, and purchases ingredients that are as local, healthful, and natural as possible. Students have a variety of choices at every meal.
